Where Is This Place Know As Dakar?!

Where Is This Place Know As Dakar?! I Asked the same question when the navy sent me here it took around a week to get someone to tell me! What am i doing here you may also ask well im not allowed to tell Details but i am coding programs for the US.Government/Military Why Senegal? Because it is VERY close to the mid-east and the Ivory Cost. (View Map Now) but if you do some research theres no Navy Or Military Base In Dakar!? Well im staying in a boarding school that i stay at and of course i help out in my free time!  So wish me luck an i will post around every week!
